Peel Family Mediation Services

Peel family mediation services provides legal and court education to participants of the court process and to the general public. These educational sessions provide information about the impact of separation on children and parents adr options in family law and information on the court process. We offer free onsite family mediation services to court applicants and respondents by judicial and other court-based referrals and subsidized mediation services (fee based on income sliding scale) to families who might otherwise experience financial barriers to access private mediation in the community. We provide the public with information and education through our court-based information and referral coordinators (irc) and domestic violence education and professional learning.
