Purpose of sessions is to provide an overview of the indigenous worldview to help education canadians who will be sourcing hiring and working with indigenous employees. A dozen businesses participated in these sessions. - introduction of an sms text support line to help nurture indigenous job seekers and providing wrap around supports including engaging with a knowledge keeper and problem solving on the job concerns. Ocm was able to provide a safe space for employees who were struggling to fit into the culture of the workplace.
