Ouano Foundation

The foundation's charitable program promotes excellence in the fields of human rights public journalism and digital media literacy with the overall mission of advancing digital human rights. The foundation is engaged in community outreach prioritizing people and communities disproportionately impacted by systematic racism and gender discrimination classism barriers to socioeconomic mobility and other ongoing forms of inequality discrimination and structural exclusion. The foundation concluded its active programs in mid-2024. The foundation is in the process of voluntarily winding up its operations and deregistering as a canadian registered charity.
