Ottawa Therapy Dogs

Ottawa therapy dog's evaluate volunteers with their own dogs to ensure their suitability for therapy dog work. Our registered volunteer therapy dog teams provide canine assisted interventions to provide comfort and relief to individuals coping with physical and /or mental health challenges at healthcare educational and social services facilitates across the national capital region. We also offer our reading education assistance dogs program in elementary schools and libraries.
