To address and prevent problems faced by youth by providing recreational and mentorship opportunities for youth and promoting the physical social creative and community-building benefits of unstructured free play through skateboarding. To address and prevent specific problems faced by families by establishing and operating skateboard parks to foster positive connections and interactions in communities creating strong connections between children youth and older generations. To relieve poverty of persons who are in need by donating refurbished skateboards and equipment and by establishing operating and maintaining a fund to send children and youth to summer skateboard camp. To receive and maintain a fund or funds and to apply all or part of the principal and income therefrom from time to time to charitable organizations that are also registered charities under the income tax act (canada)
