Ottawa Fringe Festival

The establishment and operation of dramatic theatre for the purpose of; a) promoting interest in and the precision diverse and related arts b) establishing and operating a theatre and repertory group c) providing facilities for education and instruction in theatrical arts d) advancing knowledge and appreciation of dramatic culture and tradition by theatrical performances e) conducting an annual theatrical arts festival and such other complementary purpose's consistent with these objects.
