We provided meditation and teaching sessions twice monthly as well as monthly full day sessions which are led by Buddhist monks or lay teachers. We normally provide 2-4 residential retreats where participants can live in silence and meditate under the supervision of a Buddhist monk. These last between 3 and 10 days. Non-residential 2-3 day long retreats are occasionally offered. During the pandemic many of our activities were offered online. Currently we are resuming in-person events usually with an online component for those who cannot or prefer not to attend in person. Disbursements are made to Buddhist Monasteries that are qualified donees as well as Buddhist teachers who are grantees.
