A) to promote health by operating a residential addiction recovery facility for individuals who have completed habilitation or detoxification programs and are currently homeless or at risk of being homeless. B) to promote health by providing individuals suffering from addiction with access to health counselling information group support programs and life skills training. C) to do all such things as are incidental and ancillary to the attainment of the above charitable purposes.
