Ongoing programs include: manitoba entrepreurship training and trade (eas / mature worker) ; united way ex-offenders fsl - community home service program helps recipients on eia find work and support the elderly and disabled; fsl - stages of change for persons with a disability provides stage specific interventions to elgible eia recipients with a disability in order to increase work readiness and assist individuals on their journey towards the labour market.
