The owf continued to fund a variety of programs in 2024. Funds were once again provided to the invasive species centre the atlantic salmon restoration project (ofah) the peterborough children's wter festival and watersheds canada for ecological environmental education programs. New program funding was provided to the community hatchery program (ofah) couching conservancy earth rangers friends of ecological & environmental learning halton region conservation foundation human nature projects ontario invading species awareness program nature conservancy of canada (ncc) oak ridges marine land trust owl foundation and trout unlimited canada.
