Programs include interlibrary loan consulting and training resources for public and first nations library staff and board members consortia purchasing for both digital and physical materials and a shared integrated library system. OLS is continuing to strive towards ensuring equitable internet connectivity to public libraries in unserved an under-served communities in Ontario. OLS launched two new materials pools this year- a Book Club Pool (30 members) and an English Large Print Pool (22 members). These resource sharing activities allow public libraries to access wider collections that are expensive to purchase individually and help to regularly bring new materials to their libraries to satisfy avid readers
