Ontario Band Association

The ontario band association (oba) is a network of music leaders dedicated to inspiring enriching and connecting students and educators to share explore and enhance the experience of music through bands. The oba hosts performance beginning band and wind conductors symposium offers honour band performance opportunities hosts the concerts band festival and partners with the canadian music centre in the wind composition project. The oba built on the success of the ontario provincial honour band and started two additional honour bands in the 2016 fiscal year: the oba/laurier elementary honour band and the oba western intermediate honour band.
