Organized and facilitated educational webinars and Community of Practice sessions for members and professionals working in the field of infant and child development (ICD) in Ontario. - Attended meetings with the Ontario Ministry of Children Community and Social Services (MCCSS) to inform and educate regarding ICD programs and advocate for increased funding and visibility in the early years sector in Ontario. - Administered the Lorna Montgomery Lifelong Learning fund to support ongoing education and professional development of members. - Continued revisions and upgrades to the OAICD website - Celebrated a successful ICD Day in June Engaged with a consultant in strategic planning for 2025-26
