Church objective is to help people find new life in jesus christ and grow as his followers. We seek to extend love and grace to people who find themselves on the margins of society. We desire to help people find hope in life seeking to instill dignity and a sense of self worth all the while providing community relationships that help & support a person in the areas most needed. We believe each person has value in the eyes of god and seek to help them find a larger purpose in life. As a church our activities and services are open to anyone regardless on their belief: we run programs that give space for talking through issues related to spirituality such as bible studies one on one spiritual director and relationship counseling. We also run programs related to addictions recovery and mental health. We also meet together sunday mornings for a time of worship and fellowship. Wednesdays we run a drop-in for vulnerbale people in downtown winnipeg. The drop-in offers services like laundry showers emergency food kits hygiene supplies a public phone public wifi free tax service emergency clothing and advocacy in searching for housing and/or employment. We network with other organizations in providing information and services to people experiencing homelessness. This includes organizations like downtown community safety partnership winnipeg public library opportunities for employment afm and others. We have a robust volunteer core.
