One city community development services (o/a one city peterborough) provides daily support to people making the transition from homelessness to the community by: providing rental rooms at our transition houses assistance with obtaining proper id assistance in obtaining job training and employment providing pastoral care and assistance with practical daily skills. Providing pallative care to individuals who can receive parole on compassionae grounds providing circles of support and accountability to warrant expiry sex offenders as they reenter society. Providing housing and supports to individuals exiting homelessness.
