Research -looking at and measuring contaminants in marine animals and plants to investigate their effects - looking at the effects of climate change on the various marine ecological habitats -contribute to the research literature by reviewing scientific grants and papers -present scientific data at various scientific meetings and publist papers education -prepare and assist with teaching undergraduate / graduate curses at various universities ( nova scotia /ontario) -publish education /activity booklets for young children ( french and english) -promote education through lectures internship university courses and research publications. -public local outreach programs for children to seniors -partnering with indigenous/ aboriginal to promote cultural environmental awareness
