The Foundation received approval effective on October 12 2021 and activities commenced in the fiscal year 2022. As per the governing document the charity will receive and maintain a fund or funds and will apply all or part of its principal and income from time to time to qualified donees as defined in sub-section 149.1(1) of the Income Tax Act of Canada.
