The foundation will not be engaging in any specific programming activities. Instead this foundation is a body that is meant to consolidate the philanthropic actions of the nykolaishen family. The purposes and activities of the foundation are restricted in the articles and the bylaws to receive and maintain a fund or funds and to apply all the principle and income therefrom from time to time to qualified donees as defined in the income tax act (canada)
