The Centre offers a variety of Programs and services free of charge: -weekly coffee drop in -Parenting Journey Program (In home based support program with children / teens ages 3- 16) -recreation programs /fitness/health and wellness -early childhood education programs (annual pre-k /school readiness program) - youth programs -support groups -emergency preparedness /first aid -neighbourhood safety and injury prevention -parenting programs -adult education programs and skill development opportunities - basic needs supports -public health services /nurse drop in clinic -beginners pre-school and pre-school programs -family and children together programs -infant massage -pre-natal support -breast feeding support -new parents group -cooking and nutrition programs -community meals ?Services and Resources -computer internet access (Wifi) and phone -on-site libraries -assistance with transportation to and from the centre -advocacy and referrals -crisis intervention -breast pump loan program -assistance with basic needs such as food clothing and personal care products -on-site social worker -sewing machine -one on one adult tutoring and skill development -holiday community sponsorships
