Provide regular Sunday services to the community both in person and online. Provide Pastoral Care compassionate care; provide pastoral support & care as Chaplain to Peterborough Fire Services Provide religious instruction for all ages. Provide instruction & discussion around United Church of Canada Affirming congregations for outreach & inclusion Provide financial gifts to other registered charities with similar charitable objectives. Provide facilities at little cost for mandated services (i.e. nursing/foot care). Continued grief and spiritual counselling in 2024. Offer a free lending library of faith-related and fiction books and literature. Supported an initiative along with other Peterborough United Churches to support the immigration of the El Yusuf family from Syria to rejoin their parents and extended family in Canada. The goal is to raise a total of $32 000 to be made available to the family as needed to help them become established here once they have successfully immigrated to Canada.
