Purpose 1 - To relieve poverty be alleviating financial or other barriers to participation in and increasing access to physical activity. Purpose 2 - To relieve conditions associated with disability by providing recreational sports programs to support the physical mental and emotional well being of children and youth with disabilities. Purpose 3 - To receive and maintain a fund or funds to apply to all or part of the principal or income derived therefrom from time to time to qualified donees as defined in subsection 149.1(1) of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
