North Shore Archives Society

The north shore archives society accomodated researchers and clients by appointments phone calls emails. Over 17 active members volunteer their time to collect organize and preserve local materials relevant to the life and history of this area of nova scotia. Requests for family geneology photos and historical information make up the majority of our work. We aided people from several us states and several canadian provinces. We have had one of our our busiest years. We were available to receive a very generous bequest from the estate of '...' . This year our bylaws were updated and submitted to joint stocks. A finance committee was set up to oversee planned usage of the bequest.
