North Okanagan Hospice House ('NOHS') provide end-of-life care for all clients. SErvices include: - operate 12 beds provide palliative and respite care services - grief and bereavement services - volunteer community outreach services - advocacy and community education for quality end-of-life - teaching and practicum student partnerships with universities - healthcare professional partnership with Interior Health Authority - free webinars on end-of-life issues for anyone in need - living well / dying well workshops to promote advance care planning to provide caregiver support and education to the public and health care professionals about the end-of-life issues - NAV-Care community program to help/assist community members who are living with advanced chronic illness to access the healthcare system and finding supportive resources in the community where they live
