We assist affiliated existing churches to focus on making disciples of jesus christ at home and internationally by providing prayer and evangelism resources teaching and training. We assist churches in multiplying or expanding their own church congregations within their local canadian contexts by providing organizational personnel who coach consult and train pastors church leaders and church members. We assist with the church planting efforts in canada and around the world through recruitment assessment and coaching of leadership pastors and missionaries. We assist in church leadership development by providing educational opportunities communications and resources. We assist churches by helping them recruit qualified pastors through consulting and screening services. We encourage affiliated churches to support encourage and train one another via regional gatherings and efforts to increase effectiveness in evangelism discipleship and community outreach. We send and oversee the ministries of international missionaries. Other trained personnel and volunteer teams in their activities in countries outside of canada. We provide compassionate care through missionary advocacy care for orphans and care of victims of natural disasters through missionary efforts. We promote networking relationships through meetings and resources to encourage cooperative efforts of churches regions women's ministry and youth ministry. We raise funds by way of donations to fulfill the organization's objects.
