To promote the efficiency of the canadian forces for the benefit of the public by supporting air cadet training to youth in order to improve their knowledge of aviation through the provision of educational programs and resources and to help them become better citizens by providing them with educational programs and resources such as leadership and communication skills flying training music training technicalte training awards and scholarships and volunteer opportunities in the community. To exercise all pwers as are necessarily ancillary to the fulfillment of the purposes of the air cadet league of canada.
