About Nightshift Street Ministries Society

Nightshift street ministries exists to care for the holistic needs of people experiencing homelessness poverty addiction and social disconnection in the city centre of surrey bc. We do this with a hot meal 365 nights a year (and four nights a year in city of langley) along with clothing blankets and personal items. Additionally nightshift shares free professional counselling and nursing care; one-on-one resource work; daytime drop-in centre; peer volunteer program; recovery programs; art class; faith services and more. Our recovery programs are free with one being offered to folks who are recovery-curious and another for those who are in abstinence-based recovery. Nightshift provides education and training for volunteers wishing to increase knowledge and understanding of those experiencing homelessness poverty addiction and mental illness. Nightshift's social enterprise for fundraising and awareness is taste of heaven food truck which caters events and festivals.
