To promote the health of children localy and internationally by: a) develloping and delivering world-class paediatric health care both at healthcare facilities and trough community outreach an and éducation programs; b) receiving and maintaining a funder funds and applying all part of tab pricipals and income there from time to time to qualified on as defined in subsection 149 1(1) of the income act (canada); c) and doing all such other things as in the opinion of the directors are accidental and an ancillary to the attainment of the foregoing purposes.
