NFCHC responds to the health needs of individual patients and their families as well as to the health concerns of the community in Niagara Falls and the surrounding Niagara Region. Focus on improving the health and well-being of priority populations who have traditionally faced barriers accessing health services including: • those living on low income • new immigrants • those with complex mental health issues • individuals who do not have health insurance PRIMARY HEALTH CARE AND HEALTH PROMOTION WHICH INCLUDES: ID CLINIC DENTAL CLINIC PEDIATRIC CLINIC COMMUNITY TAX CLINIC PREP CLINIC SMOKING CESSATION PROGRAM COMMUNITY OUTREACH AND HEALTH AND WELLNESS GROUPS SUCH AS: MENTAL HEALTH GROUPS SOCIAL GROUPS SUPPORT GROUPS ARTS GROUPS FOOD SUPPORT PHYSICAL WELLNESS GROUPS 2S&LGBTQ+ GROUPS FAMILY AND CHILDREN SUPPORT GROUPS AND REFUGEE SUPPORT.
