Equipping leaders of small groups with training through monthly seminars and monthly online videos as well as two 12-week workshop style trainings. Writing and developing Christian curriculum for small groups. Several large group gatherings for ministering to men and to women in order to offer information on small groups focused on Christian faith. Regular speaking engagements at churches and follow-up on small group information. Equipping and training church leaders to develop small groups and train leaders in their church environments. Regular personal leader coaching meetings and individual spiritual counseling sessions.
