New Hope Outreach Services

To provide charitable programs and activities by providing a physical facility to organizations that are registered charities pursuant to the ITA who have as their charitable purposes the relief of poverty the advancement of religion and/or other such charitable purposes that are beneficial to the community and who in carrying out their programs and activities address spiritual social and health care needs of the homeless and others in need.
