Created new website with resources to be accessed directly www.nevr.org • Literature review on healthy relationships for youth completed • Two toolkits on healthy relationships based on the same information were created: one written at a grade 5 level and one at a young adult level as well at teaching plans and lessons. • Continue to collaborate with the National AVA Project: Alliance Against Violence and Adversity Added the healthy relationship toolkits lesson plans and lessons to a Wiki that can be accessed nationally and internationally Creating inventory of programs and services provided by members to identify gaps • Learning Brief Prevention Strategy Across Ministries: Toxic Stress and Resiliency drafted and continue to obtain feedback and modify • Hosted one in person One Billion Event held in partnership with Options and one in partnership with Mustang Justice at LA Matheson Secondary School. • Held successful conference 14th Annual NEVR Conference Gender and Generations • Members Drs. Gurm & Marchbank are co-editing the second edition of the book Making Sense of a Global Pandemic: Relationship Violence & Working Together Towards a Violence Free Society • Collaborated with New Westminster Labour Council for December 6 vigil • Four workshops held at KPU on healthy relationships • Participated in Film Screening: Listen The Struggles of South Asian Female Students held at city hall • Continue to talk with agencies to increase collaboration • Provided practicum environment for 6 students • Hosted 2 interns The ED continues with media appearances to discuss RV and raise awareness • NEVR continues to tweet on X to educate the public on RV
