1. To promote health by: a) providing affected populations in local communities around the world with health care services and products that prevent and manage prevalent health issues; and b) teaching community health workers about the basis of disease and healthcare protocals. 2. To advance education by carrying on and publishing research on the topic of prevalent health issues that affect local communities around the world. 3. To receive and maintain a fund or funds and to apply all or part of the principal and income therefrom from time to time to qualified donees as defined in subsection 149.1 (1) of the ita (canada). 4. To undertake activities ancillary and incidental to the attainment of the above charitable purposes.
