Nanaimo District Senior Citizens' Housing Development Society

The society provides low cost residential accommodation and a health care facility in nanaimo bc. Including operation of 2 buildings with 30 and 45 subsidized units respectively. Operation of a 75-bed multi-level care facility operation of a 45-bed assisted living facility operation of a 31 unit specialized housing building with additional beds for short-term care patients (respite) as of january 1 2109 they also run a program providing meals to seniors in the central vancouver island region that are delivered by volunteers (meals-on-wheels)
