Community cooking program targeting seniors and adults with disabilities. Cooking skills programs for pregnant women and families with young children including first nations. School based programs giving young children the opportunity to learn to prepare nutritious snacks. Opportunities for clients to garden grow produce that is used in cooking programs on a plot of land owned by the city of nanaimo.
