Mount Lehman Pastoral Charge

We hold our weekly Sunday services in person and are continuing on ZOOM for those who cannot attend in person as well as sending out an email Order of Service to those unable to attend in person. We did not have a regular Minister this year as our search committee has been searching for a 1/4 time Minister. We continue to have Pulpit Supply guest Ministers/speakers to take our services. We have a strong group of people who volunteer and help with the services. We continue to contribute to Cyrus Centre and collected gifts etc. for this year's Christmas family. We have our Choir practices once a week and the Choir usually sings on Sundays at our services. We are part of a 'cluster' group of United Churches in the Abbotsford/Mission/Aldergrove area and meet occasionally for some meetings and/or activities. We also participate in our local Mt. Lehman area for the July 1st Canada Day parade as well as the Mt. Lehman Fall Fair festivities. We also donate to our local Food Bank when necessary. We are still searching for a permanent 1/4 time Minister. We have guest Ministers each week. Our congregation also adds to our worship services and all volunteer their time for different duties running the church.
