The board decided that an appropriate use of residual funds would be provide an perpetual scholarship at sait. This use of funds has been approved by the organization that did provide some funding to the founsation in the prior year. The main activity of the foundation is to work through where to donate the fund to sait and study on when to disslove the foundation.
