(A) To relieve poverty by providing the following to low-income individuals: i. food clothing shelter and other basic life necessities; ii. basic education literacy life skill training and related educational and training materials needed for employment and self-employment in professions vocations industries crafts and trades; iii. counselling programs and related support services; iv. basic medical dental health and related support services;
