Morice Watershed Monitoring Trust

Advancement of Education: through research and monitoring within the Morice Watershed. Other purposes beneficial to the community: educating the community on natural resource management of the Morice Water Management area (MWMA) environment and the implementation and effectiveness of plans within the MWMA by collecting and disseminating information on monitoring activities and providing results of monitoring research and baseline data collection. The Morice Watershed Monitoring Trust (MWMT) is an independent not for profit society conducting interdisciplinary research. MWMT creates learning and extension opportunities throughout our community and supports our community by promoting the region and investing locally. A main purpose of the MWMT is to provide the science required for sustainable resource management and informed decision making.
