Weekly peer support meeting for those with mood disorders and their families (online & in person) -monthly (9x/yr) speakers on topics & supports for those with mood disorders -biweekly meeting to fight isolation and build community (suspended due to covid) -reference library available to members on topics about mood disorders (suspended due to covid) looking into additional programming and community outreach
