The organization uses its funds in order to support qualified donees as defined in subsection 149.1(1) of the income tax act (canada) with their endeavors. Through gifting its funds to qualified donees the organization intends to make valuable contributions to such organizations as registered canadian charities and listed charitable organizations outside of canada to which her majesty in right of canada has made a gifit. The activities ot the organization namely the selection of qualified donees to whom to gift funds will enable the organization to achieve its stated purpose of applying all or part of the principal and income of its fund to qualified donees. The organiztion will carry out its activities itself and will not use an intermediary to carry out its activities. The organization will carry on its activities namely gifting funds to qualified donees in the toronto area. The organization will support organizations that operate locally nationally and internationally.
