About Mississippi Valley Field Naturalists

Primary school environmental education: (financed butterfly gardens and provided monarch metamorphosis kits for local pulic schools 7. Young naturalist program for children 8-15 8. Habitat conservation (provided continuning advice for missisippi mills natural heritage system) 9. Nature bursary awards to local university students pursuing enviromental studies (granted 2 $1000 bursaries) 10. Sales of bluebird houses and birding check lists note: mvfn has no employees and all of its charitable activities are carried out by volunteers.
