Misericordia health centre foundation supports the many programs operating out of misericordia health centre which include: - an eye care centre of excellence which hosts the largest group of ophthalmologists in western canada - pediatric dental program performing over 900 surgeries per year. - a provincial contact centre recieving over 550 000 calls each year that can be translated into 100 languages - 111 transitional care beds 16 respite beds & prime program in the winnipeg region 100 long-term care residents in our personal care facility - a sleep disorder centre where sleep specialist physicians review over 3 000 overnight studies annually provision of treatment service to over 7 000 clients and a provincial long-term ventilation program for over 60 clients dependant on breathing machines.
