Minor Hockey Foundation Ontario

The Foundation offers a program entitled 'Let's Learn Hockey Program' which provides disadvantaged children in Ontario with the opportunity to participate in the game of hockey at a time when they would otherwise not be able. The Foundation offers these children a one day hockey orientation camp as well as a full set of hockey equipment that each participant can keep. The children also receive a financial subsidy towards their minor hockey registration fees for the season immediately following the orientation event. In addition the Foundation provides a financial subsidy to assist minor hockey players in Ontario experiencing financial difficulties towards payment of their hockey registration fee on annual basis upon submission of an application and supporting documentation from the player's minor hockey body.
