To educate the general public by conducting research into the maintenance and observance of human rights and to disseminate to educators and the general public the results of such research utilizing a variety of different media; to support organizations committed to develop build and scale social innovations for social impact; to invest administer and distribute the society's funds and property for the foregoing purposes to organizations that are 'qualified donees' under the provisions of the income tax act (canada); and to do all such other things as are incidental and ancillary to the attainment of the foregoing purposes and exercise of the powers of the society.
