Serving the gta and york region dedicated to support the optimum quality of life for seniors ill disabled. In efforts to attain this goal we provide the following services: home support respite care friendly visiting social and recreational activities congregate dining educational seminars and welcoming newcomers. Daily senior meetings with 'healthy living' guest speakers/ seminar workshops dance exercise instruction tai chi and yoga breathing classes with healthy home cooked meals healthy home cooked meals in retirement homes community and family members 3 hour esl classes offered monday to thursday for senior and newcomers. All programs are free of charge 3 hour esl classes offered monday to thursday for senior newcomers. Once a week 1 hour beginner level guitar class offered to newcomers. Offering phone assistance and connecting with people requiring personal assistance cleaning cooking shopping transportation hospital delivery and pick-up connections for personal needs currently filling out proposal application to expand our program workshop offerings
