Food hampers: addresses food insecurity along with offering other basic necessities such as warm clothing and baby items. Fostering our mission to ease the cost of living for northern children and families. Warm clothing: through the warm clothing program we regularly collect specific clothing item donations that are then packaged and delivered to the communities that we serve. Community members assist in identifying which families benefit most. Healthy living: to provide children with appropriate level courses seminars and workshops to promote well-rounded lives. Activities are designed to engage children in a safe and happy environment in order to build healthy relationships. School breakfast programs : mikinakoos helps to provide the funding ensuring that healthy food is delivered cooked and server directly to the children in school breakfast programs at remote northern ontario communities.
