The foundation was incorporated to establish receive and maintain a fund or funds and to apply or donate all or part of the principal and income therefrom from time to time to any one of the following organization: bingham memorial hospital anson general hospital and lady minto hospital or other related charitable organizations registered under the income tax act canada who provides services and/or support to aforementioned organizations.
