To gift funds to qualified donees as defined in the Income Tax Act of Canada that will advance education help to alleviate poverty and benefit the community as a whole in ways that the law regards as charitable. As well to receive hold and invest bequests and donations gifts funds and property and to administer and distribute funds property endowments trusts and financial programs for funding and support of the purposes of the Foundation as presently set out and for such organizations that are qualified donee's as defined in the Income Tax Act. Such funds will be used to further the programs fostered and adopted as above.
