Purpose of the charity was to operate and maintain a short-term residential facility to promote recovery from serious illness through rest and respite for sick children and their families. Effectibe 2021: the chairty no longer has a relationship with the hospital for sick children and therefore is not actibely operating anymore. The board of directors will be taking the appropriate steps to wind up the chairty.
