*Spiritual Coaching and mentoring of clergy and lay leaders organizations special projects to enhance existing capacity and excel in new areas of endeavour; *Development and Production of educational resources such as video and audio presentations webisodes and other tools for individual ministries and charitable organizations so that they can better tell their stories and engage their communities in their programmes and ministries; follow-up on success of resourcing INDWELL FLO and the 'BELOVED' Spiritual Formation course hosted by Meadowvale CRC; *Provide learning and spiritual growth opportunities within specific areas of interest and geography through workshops learning circles consultations conferences and one to one training. * continue developing new spiritual leaders and support then with training and leadership development resources. * producing new educational video-based spiritual educational resources building on the success of the 'BELOVED' course developing and delivering 'BELOVED Season Two' spiritual formation course; offer Season One course virtually for training more Christian leaders * creating and curating more informative community transformation stories and testimonials with organizations such as INDWELL and FLO; providing new on-line training courses and creative media resources available to inspire leaders and facilitate spiritual and social change in local congregations and communities. *expanding on-line spiritual formation and training courses in in tandem with other spiritual thought leaders to increased online learning and relational networking post-pandemic. * develop and deliver 2 new weekend training seminars and/or conferences in 2025; develop new 'LOVE MATTERS' curriculum and course in tandem with Steve; develop and deliver 'The Divine Eternal Plan' curriculum and course with Armando
